		<description>Thank you for making these important points...it is about citizenship, and not about recognition. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;The court has simply avoided the issue in front of it and repeated pieces--taken verbatum--from previous judgements in the early 1950s and mid 1970s. It only has taken the word zionism out of its verdict since Egypt has been officially in a state of peace with Israel since 1979, and has full diplomatic relations in place. You simply need to compare the two documents side by side! They did not even bother with minor editorial changes...the ultimate inemptitude! Very sad for Egypt and for the cause of human rights...if citizens cannot trust their legal scholars and their judiciary, whom could they trust then? Fortunately the All Merciful is watching over them, and ultimate justice WILL prevail....</description>
